Cbse Extended Application Date For Schools Seeking Affiliation: Results.amarujala.com

In wake of the COVID-19 outbreak and the extension of lockdown, The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the application dates for the affiliation process. Now the schools seeking affiliation for session 2021-22 from the CBSE Board can submit the form till June 30, 2020. Also, schools can submit the application for fresh Affiliation / Upgradation / Extension of Affiliation without any late fee. The Board has mentioned in it notice that the decision has been taken in view the current COVID-19 situation.

Apart from this, the Board has instructed schools whose application for affiliation / upgradation / extension are under process, are required to submit online clarification / compliance / documents to the Board within 30 days of communication.

In the previous notification issued by the Board, the submission of the application under various categories i.e fresh affiliation/Upgradation/ Switch over from other Board/Extension of Affiliation for session 2021-22 without any late fee was extended till April 30, 2020.

CBSE Fresh Affiliation Procedure:

All those Schools seeking for the fresh application can apply online by submitting the application fees with NOC of District Education Officer on behalf of State Education Authority, Fire Department, Jal Nigam and the list of trained teacher and principal.

CBSE grant affiliations to schools to conduct the academic activities as per the norms of CBSE on the behalf of MHRD. 

Before the end of the affiliation period, schools reapply for extension of affiliation tenure. Earlier, the last date of extended affiliation of schools was March 31, 2020. Later the date was further extended till April 30, 2020, due to lockdown.
