Mahresult.nic.in SSC 2020: Maha SSC Exam Results 2020

MUMBAI: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) or popularly known as Maharashtra Board on Wednesday released the SSC result 2020.

Around 17 lakh students appeared for the Maharashtra SSC examinations 2020. The results were announced today by the chairman of Maharashtra State board Shakuntala Kale.

There was noticeable rise in the pass percentage, this year the pass percentage is recorded 18.20% higher than the previous year i.e., 2019.

The results have been released on the Board’s official website – mahresult.nic.in, http://sscresult.mkcl.org/ and maharashtraeducation.com. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check their results on the website (mahresult.nic.in) through candidate login.

Students, who are not satisfied with their marks, can now apply online at http://verification.mh-ssc.ac.in for re-counting of scores between July 30 and August 08.

This year, Maharashtra Board had to cancel its exam, scheduled to be held in the months of February and March 2020, due to Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown. The last paper, Geography which was scheduled for March 23 was cancelled. Students will be given an average of their scores in the other papers for Geography.

Last year around 16.77 lakh students appeared for the SSC examination. In 2019, the Maharashtra board recorded an overall pass percentage of 77.10 per cent. Konkan Division had recorded the highest pass percentage of 88.38 last year.

Steps to check Maharashtra SSC Result 2020

1) Visit the official website – mahresult.nic.in or sscresult.mkcl.org.

2) Click on the link that says Maharashtra SSC Result 2020. A new page will appear on your screen

3) Enter the details asked like roll number, mother’s name and click on submit.

4) Your SSC Result would be displayed on the screen
